📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and credit control
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all receivables transactions in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any disputes or concerns
• Prepare and analyze monthly receivables reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to streamline the receivables workflow and optimize cash flow
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and financial documents
• Stay informed about accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on receivables management
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
