📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Support the Outlet Manager in implementing marketing strategies and promotions.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff.,Assist in training and developing new staff to ensure they meet company standards.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure outlet performance meets targets.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective product displays and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment to enhance customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
