In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages, from specialty espresso drinks to refreshing smoothies, while also assisting in the preparation of delicious food items. Your day will be filled with the aroma of freshly ground coffee, the clinking of espresso machines, and the lively chatter of our café guests. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer leaves with a smile and a satisfied taste bud.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Assist in the preparation of food items, including sandwiches, salads, and pastries.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including stocking supplies and cleaning work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in coffee and beverage preparation.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or restaurant setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso and manual brewing.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation methods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Valid food handling certificate (if applicable).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
