📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure all areas of the resort are maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Implement and monitor cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment is in good working condition and promptly report any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and guests.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software, such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS) or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
