🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
