PT Bukit Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting activities of the company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing the accounting department, including hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the accounting activities of the company
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage the accounting department, including hiring and training staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Conduct audits and reviews of financial records
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS
  • Proven track record of success in managing accounting teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus
