Overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Managing the financial performance of the organization, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.,Leading a team of finance professionals and providing guidance and mentorship.,Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and driving financial growth.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
