📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash and inventory.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.,Assist in organizing promotions and sales events to boost revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in sales or customer service preferred.
