• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive client growth and efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify M&A opportunities and trends.
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, from due diligence to post-merger integration.
• Optimize operations to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in strategy and M&A.
• Provide bilingual support to clients and team members, facilitating effective communication in Thai and Vietnamese.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, M&A, or operational excellence consulting.
• Fluency in both Thai and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in English for business communication.
• Experience using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and consulting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
