📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging physical education lessons for students aged 5-18, incorporating a variety of sports and activities.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive athletic program, including team sports, individual sports, and fitness activities.
• Organize and manage school sports events, tournaments, and competitions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community partners to create a supportive and inclusive athletic environment.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update athletic facilities, equipment, and safety protocols to ensure a secure and functional learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in physical education and sports administration.
• Represent the school at local, regional, and national athletic conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical education teaching and sports administration.
• Certification as a Physical Education Teacher or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in coaching and managing school sports teams.
• Strong knowledge of national and international physical education standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and community partners.
• Valid first aid and CPR certification.
