Bay Direct Ekspansindo is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs are carried out.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are following safety protocols and regulations.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.,Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving a variety of vehicles.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
