IRIS Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and opportunities.,Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and presentations.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related systems.
