📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and sales growth.,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Identify and propose new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, sales management, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems is a plus.
