📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.
• Handling employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Collaborating with the management team to address HR-related issues.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
• Familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus.
• Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
