A*STAR - SIMTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager or Manager to lead our Tech-Business Development efforts in the Manufacturing and SME Innovation sector. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Tech-Business Development team, ensuring alignment with SIMTech's strategic objectives.,Develop and implement innovative business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the manufacturing sector.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and research institutions.,Oversee the development and execution of research and development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and threats.,Represent SIMTech at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the organization's visibility and credibility.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, particularly in the manufacturing or SME innovation sector.,Proven track record of driving innovation and growth in the manufacturing sector.,Strong understanding of technology trends and their potential impact on the manufacturing industry.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with government policies and regulations related to technology and innovation is a plus.
