📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users.,Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.,Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software.,Document technical procedures and provide training to other staff members.,Monitor and optimize network performance.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless system operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or technical roles.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).,Experience with network protocols and configurations.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
