📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth,Develop and implement strategic business development plans,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Manage and track business development activities and KPIs,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and visibility

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business development tools
