📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Answering and directing incoming calls from patients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Scheduling and confirming medical appointments, and providing information about our services.
• Assisting in managing patient records and ensuring that all calls are logged and followed up.
• Providing information about medical procedures, treatments, and insurance options to patients.
• Handling patient inquiries and complaints, and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactions.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of call center protocols and procedures.
• Collaborating with the medical team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in using call center software such as Asterisk, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is required, with English proficiency being a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as occasional travel to different locations may be required.
