📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify training and development needs for the team and implement appropriate solutions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
