📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workspace.,Support the outlet staff in providing excellent customer service.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Help with the preparation and serving of coffee and food items.,Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving issues.,Support the team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in any other tasks as assigned by the Outlet Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
