📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Measure and report on the success of social media campaigns.,Assist in the development of training materials for new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).,Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
