📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of mining and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, and conduct regular audits to maintain high-quality operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining and logistics operations, with a proven track record in leading and managing teams.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using mining and logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
