📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a transportation or logistics company.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
