📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT issues.,Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware.,Monitoring system performance and ensuring data security.,Assisting in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Training and supporting end-users on IT systems and applications.,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and antivirus programs.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
