📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Support the HR department in maintaining and updating job postings and applicant tracking systems.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences.Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Good organizational and time management skills.Fluency in English and Indonesian.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
