📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent the company's brand and values to customers and stakeholders.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior brand ambassadors and sales teams.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or sales.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
