📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of outlet staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the central management team to ensure the smooth operation of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage services is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
