📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the section.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and performance within the section.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the achievement of company goals and objectives.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Representing the company at internal and external meetings and events.,Managing the section's budget and resources, ensuring their effective and efficient use.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of human resources practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as HRIS, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Proven ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.,Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
