Store Plus Dinamis is looking for a passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Canggu. We are a dynamic and growing company that values continuous learning and development. If you have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. You will work closely with our managers and employees to understand their learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the learning needs of our employees.
  • Work with managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and presentations.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with our business goals.
  • Report on the results of training programs to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or training environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems such as Moodle, Blackboard, or similar.
