As a Cashier at our partner restaurant in Canggu, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience. You’ll handle transactions, process payments, and provide excellent customer service, all while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Toast or Square.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Handle high-volume transactions during peak hours, ensuring smooth operations and minimal wait times.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register, following strict security protocols.
• Assist with table service, including clearing tables and ensuring a pleasant dining environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle cash deposits and manage petty cash, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Stay updated on restaurant policies and procedures, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a high-end dining or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus, but fluency in English is essential.
• Previous experience in luxury or fine dining is a strong advantage.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight as needed.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, including peak seasons.
