Member Relations Specialist

You will manage member accounts, process renewals, and handle member inquiries, all while leveraging our proprietary CRM system, Salesforce.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our members receive the best possible service and support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage member accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping using Salesforce.
• Process member renewals and handle account upgrades/downgrades.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
• Monitor member activity and engagement, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Generate regular reports on member performance and trends, and present findings to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or member relations role, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with advertising and digital marketing concepts and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
