📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the operational status of automated soft serve vending machines, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and restocking for all vending machines, working closely with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers or partners.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vending machines, working with our team of engineers and technicians.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize machine locations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our vending machines and attract new customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the food-tech industry, and recommend improvements to our operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in inventory management, operations, or customer service.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with vending machine software and systems, such as VendoSoft or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Bali.
