📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of service technicians and support staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and work with the sales team to achieve targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing automotive service outlets.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
