📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and pies, to meet customer demands and restaurant requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and purchasing of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
