📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for the company.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
