📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including guest accommodations and event logistics.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth execution of banquet events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and decorations.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.,Promote our services and events to potential guests and clients.,Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
