📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.,Maintain and update customer and sales databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other materials to the sales team.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and professional responses.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales meetings, conferences, and events.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing necessary information and resources.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all documents and files are properly filed and stored.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or support role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
