📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after the sales process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
