TigerUX is seeking a dedicated Sales Onboarding & Training Specialist to join our remote team in Bali. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about helping others succeed in the sales field. As a Sales Onboarding & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new hires through the onboarding process and providing comprehensive training to ensure they are well-prepared to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new sales hires, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and expectations.,Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain onboarding and training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to improve overall team performance.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs, making adjustments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales training, onboarding, or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and mentor new hires.,Proficient in using various training and onboarding tools and platforms.,Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective training materials.,Familiarity with sales processes, tools, and technologies is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
