We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Operations & Administration professional to join our dynamic trading team in South Jakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and supporting our trading activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate sales operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales activities.,Support the trading team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Monitor and report on sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Maintain and update sales databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely information.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the organization of sales events and meetings, including logistics and follow-up.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or administration roles.,Proven experience in managing sales processes and activities.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
