📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
