📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of team strategies and objectives.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Provide support and guidance to junior team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in the industry is a plus.
