Berkah Nanda Kitchen is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Klaten. This is an immediate position, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong administrative background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor sales performance and report to the management team.,Assist in training and supervising store staff.,Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
