📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using ArchiCAD.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts.
- Ensure drawings meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project needs.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies.
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates and cost analyses.
- Contribute to team meetings and project discussions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD software, with experience in creating detailed architectural drawings.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software is a plus.
