📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, using tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Optimize business operations by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance and achieve business goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
