📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers for technical materials, equipment, and services.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, bids, and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify procurement needs and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on technical materials and equipment.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Experience in the agribusiness or food industry is a plus.
