Experienced Midwife - Maternal & Neonatal Care Specialist (Bali)

As part of our dedicated team, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers and their newborns.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality prenatal, labor, and delivery care, as well as providing postpartum care to mothers and their newborns. You will also be involved in newborn care, including neonatal resuscitation, feeding, and monitoring. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems, to ensure efficient and accurate patient care.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, and delivery care to expectant mothers.
- Conduct newborn care, including neonatal resuscitation, feeding, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for mothers and newborns.
- Perform routine and emergency obstetric procedures, such as vacuum extraction and episiotomy.
- Educate expectant mothers and their families on prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
- Monitor and document patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior midwives and nursing staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maternal and neonatal care.
- Certification as a Registered Midwife (RM) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
