As a Facility Maintenance Engineer at Suara Air, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of maintenance and sustainability. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, from routine inspections to troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, all aimed at minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, conducting diagnostics using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules, utilizing software like SAP or Maximo for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and housekeeping, to address facility issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and maintaining documentation.
• Provide technical support to the resort's staff, offering guidance on facility-related matters and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and best practices to enhance the resort's infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, attending relevant workshops and certifications to expand your skill set.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance engineering, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), or similar.
• Proven experience working in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a resort setting.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.
