📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute events of varying sizes and complexities, from small-scale activations to large-scale conferences and exhibitions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts, coordinate with vendors and partners, and ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.
• Manage event budgets, including vendor contracts, venue bookings, and other expenses.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote and drive attendance.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rental, and on-site coordination.
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging and memorable event experiences.
• Monitor and analyze event metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all events are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients and attendees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of successfully executing events of varying sizes and complexities.
• Strong knowledge of event management software, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for developing engaging and memorable event experiences.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
