📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect IT assets and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems align with business objectives.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration and asset management.
• Proven experience with IT asset management software such as ServiceNow or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or equivalent are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
